Unsere Produkte Nicht nur die Kochrezepte selbst, sondern vor allem die Qualität der Zutaten und die Art der Zubereitung machen Essen zum Genuss. Die von uns angebotenen Produkte werden in kleinen Handwerksbetrieben hergestellt. Es versteht sich von selbst, daß regionale Zutaten, häufig aus eigenem Anbau, zur Verwendung kommen, die zur rechten Zeit ihrer Reife geerntet werden.Die schonende Zubereitung erhält ihren typischen Geschmack. Es ist deshalb nicht verwunderlich, dass Sie bei uns auch Feinkost aus kontrolliertem biologischen Anbau finden. Unsere Weine beziehen wir direkt von Winzern, welche nur eigene Trauben verarbeiten. Sollten Sie ein Produkt suchen, das wir noch nicht führen, wären wir für Ihren Hinweis sehr dankbar. Es liegt in der Natur der Sache, dass auch wir immer wieder neue Produkte entdecken. Hierzu informieren wir Sie in einem Newsletter, der etwa ein Mal pro Monat erscheint. The wines we have chosen for you come from vine-yards that only use their own grapes, thus giving you the full bouquet of the grape and the soil on which it was grown.
