Sie können entweder in unserem Internet-Shop unter der Adresse www.feinkost-lenk.de, per Fax unter 09122-78163 oder in unserem Ladengeschäft (geöffnet Freitag 14 bis 18.00 Uhr und Samstag 9 bis 13.00 Uhr) einkaufen. In besonders eiligen Fällen können Sie uns montags bis freitags von 8.00 bis 13.00 Uhr telefonisch unter 09122-76404 erreichen.
Bestellungen aus dem Ausland können wir nur gegen Vorauskasse ausführen. Sie erhalten dazu von uns eine Proforma-Rechnung.

Orders from foreign countries can only be shipped against pre-payment. In this case we will send you a pro-forma invoice allowing to proceed on the bank transfer.

Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung in unserem Internet-Shop genannten Preise. Diese können im Laufe des Jahres variieren. Unsere Endverkaufspreise beinhalten für Lieferungen in die BRD die derzeit gültige Mehrwertsteuer.
Bei Lieferungen in Länder der Europäischen Union gilt die derzeit gültige Mehrwertsteuer der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Bei Bestellungen aus dem nicht der EU-zugehörigen Ausland kürzen wir unsere Preise um die enthaltene deutsche Mehrwertsteuer. Sie werden aber bei Ihrem Zoll die jeweilige landestypische Einfuhr-Umsatzsteuer bezahlen müssen. Über die Erhebung von Zöllen können wir keine Auskunft geben. Sie erhalten von uns eine auf der Rechnung ausgedruckte Ursprungserklärung.
The applicable prices are those figuring in our Internet-catalogue at the moment of your order. These prices may vary in the run of the year, subject to the quotations we receive from our suppliers. All prices indicated in our Internet-Shop include the Value Added Tax rates currently applicable on goods sold within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. These rates also apply on sales to other countries of the EEC.
For shipments to non-EEC countries, we will deduct the German VAT, on the other hand, the customer will have to pay the taxes and duties applicable in his country. Unfortunately we are not in a position to give you any information about the taxes and custom duties payable in your country. Nevertheless, the country of origin of the products will be given on the invoice.

Unsere Preise verstehen sich ab unserem Lager Schwabach. Wir wählen den für Sie günstigsten Versandweg aus und berechnen Ihnen lediglich die effektiv anfallenden Transportkosten. Sollten wir wegen Nichtverfügbarkeit eines Artikels Ihre Sendung nicht komplett ausliefern können, berechnen wir die Versandkosten selbstverständlich nur einmal.
Our prices are to be understood "free our Warehouse Schwabach". We will choose the most rapid and favourable means of shipment and only charge you with the costs actually incurred.
If by incidence we are not in a position to ship the complete order because of an article temporarily out of stock, we will of course send the articles available immediately and proceed on the separate sending of the lacking article free of charge as soon as possible.

Sie können unter folgenden Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wählen :
1.) Per Lastschrifteinzug : Sie erteilen uns die Genehmigung den Rechnungsbetrag von Ihrem Bankkonto einzuziehen. Diese Genehmigung gilt dann auch für zukünftige Rechnungen, ist aber jederzeit widerrufbar.
2.) Per Nachnahme : Diese Zahlungsform ist jedoch nicht für alle Länder möglich und die jeweils anfallenden Gebühren gehen dann zu Ihren Lasten.
3.) Per Vorauskasse : Sie erhalten von uns hierzu eine Proforma-Rechnung.
Zahlungen von ausländischen Bankinstituten sind innerhalb der EU ohne zusätzliche Gebühren, sofern Sie auf Ihrer Überweisung den IBAN- und SWIFT-Code für unsere Bankverbindung angeben. Diese Codes entnehmen Sie bitte unserer Proforma-Rechnung. Ohne diese Codes werden uns Ihre Zahlungen nur nach einem Abzug von Euro 7,00 gutgeschrieben, die wir Ihnen zusätzlich belasten müssen, wenn Sie nicht von einem deutschen Geldinstitut überweisen.
You can choose among the following means of payment :
(1) by debit of your bank account - in this case you will authorize us to debit your bank account with the amount of your order / our invoice. This authorization will then remain valid for any further orders you will place with us as long as you will not withdraw it.
(2) by cash / collect on delivery - however, this means of payment is not possible for all countries. The related fees will be at your charge.
(3) by advance payment - in this case we will send you a pro-forma invoice and you will credit our account prior to the shipment.
Within the EEC transfers from a foreign bank to our German bank account are free of charge if your transfer document contains the information on our IBAN- and SWIFT-Codes figuring on our pro-forma invoice. Without these codes our bankers would charge us with a fee of Euro 7,00 per transfer which we in turn would have to debit you.

All business contracts concluded with us are subject to the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany - this applies also on orders from and shipments to foreign countries.
Any dispute arising from transactions with us will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Amtsgericht Schwabach.
